Maruti Suzuki Concept XA Alpha Revealed...

The Maruti Suzuki Concept XA Alpha was revealed at the 2012 Auto Expo in Delhi. The Alpha seems to be a decently capable on and off roader, built to absorb bad patches of road with ease. The muscular stance of the Alpha such as the beefy protruding wheel arches and the neatly chiseled bonnet lines are said to be derived from the Indian wrestling tradition, typically with big muscles, strong men and tricky body locking to win the battle of brawn.

  • 1.3 litre of K-Series fiat multi-jet diesel engine in production model.
  • Gives a pretty good mileage of 8 to 10 km per litre.
  • The car has a maximum speed of 180 on the highways.
  • The production ready version as speculated can arrive by 2014 so its still a long way to go to see Suzuki make good looking cars at par with international competitors.
